The air conditioning kept the room cold, which was fine. We could not figure out how to adjust the temperature. The towels were fluffy and plentiful, as two of us had a triple room. The hotel was a short and easy drive to old Lucca. The hotel has free, off-street parking, and we always found a spot to park. The room was cleaned and resupplied daily. We used the laundry service for our jeans, which came back as scheduled. We dined at the hotel once, and the food was very good. The room safe worked well as did the elevator.

This is a nice hotel, with dedicated staff, nice rooms, good breakfast and not bad location. I was happy with room comfort, bed comfort, bathroom equipment, breakfast quality and helpful staff. Would stay again.

The city of Lucca was wonderful and so was this hotel. The facility was easy to find, modern, quiet and clean. The staff was terrific! And the breakfast buffet was the best breakfast we had on our whole trip!
